5. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Seller Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and honest listing descriptions
• Ensure you have legal right to sell the listed items
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
• Deliver promised products or services as described
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Buyer Obligations

• Conduct due diligence before making purchases
• Communicate clearly and professionally with sellers
• Complete transactions in good faith
• Respect intellectual property rights

6.1 Transaction Process

1. Buyer initiates purchase and payment is held in escrow

6.2 Fees and Pricing

• Transaction fees apply to completed sales
• Listing fees may apply for premium placement
• All fees are clearly disclosed before transaction completion
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6.3 Refunds and Returns

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the product/service and circumstances. Digital products may have different refund policies than physical products.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Zelkra and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
